Song of the Week – No Weapon – Hezekiah Walker

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.” – Isaiah 54:17
Sometimes in the midst our daily struggles and battles with the enemy, we need to be reminded that we are made more than conquerors through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37).  As long as we put our faith in Jesus and walk in obedience to Him, the end result is always the same….We win! In life and in death we are victorious through Christ Jesus. Be confident of this truth today. No matter what comes your way, know that God loves you and is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).  If you are facing a difficult situation today, begin to praise the Lord anyways. Begin to thank Him for all of His goodness in spite of how you may feel or what you may be facing. When we get to this point in our walk with Christ, we are able to experience the move of God that so many did in the early church. Praise on through.  God is for you. Don’t ever forget that!

Verse of the Day

“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” — Philippians 2:9-11 Listen to chapter Public Domain.
